I've no clues as to who these people are. The woman bears a very very vague resemblance to the woman in this picture, who *might* be Eva (Green /Waitkunas) Whalen.

It looks like it was from the late 1880's or 1890's. It would be great if someone who knew styles very well could help me pinpoint the time better.
